• Please come prepared with work gloves, wear boots, long-sleeved shirts & long pants , hats & sunscreen
• Equipment needs include: rakes, hoes, pruners, gas- or battery-powered weed whackers (well marked with your name)
• Stake drivers and bush hogs would be very helpful, if you have them

• Folding t-shirts and organizing merchandise for sale

• Ability to lift heavy and / or large objects may be necessary

• Slotters will assist field registrants in finding the row and space assigned for their car entry
• Car Slotters must serve with the utmost care as many of the vehicles are extremely valuable

  --> Monitor site to ensure that garbage is not littering the grounds
  --> Pick-up full trash bags
  --> Place empty bags in trash receptacles
  --> Put trash to roll-off dumpster
• Volunteers should wear work gloves

• Walking is required

• Closed toed shoes and sunscreen are recommended
• Youth (ages 15-18) are eligible to volunteer for this role with permission slip completed

• Managing traffic flow in the Volunteer Lot (parking area east of Castle Hill Day School - off of Craycroft)
• Assist in keeping pedestrians safe while cars are moving in and out of parking area

• Walking is required
• Standing is required
• Closed toed shoes and sunscreen are recommended

• Monitor the eating areas to ensure positive guest experience
• Keep tables clean
• Place trash in bins and ask the "Garbology" Team to empty bins when full
