• Collect parking fee to those who are parking (not volunteers)
• Park in the Rotarian Lot (on the grounds of The Gregory School) and check-in at the Volunteer Tent
• At the end of your shift, if you can assist with clean-up, your assistance would be greatly appreciated (visit the Volunteer Booth to learn how you can help) - thank you in advance!

• Please sign-up for at least one shift collecting money for admissions, parking fees, raffle tickets or beverage sales
• You will be assigned to one of the following ticket sales locations when you arrive at your shift:
  --> Entry gate (EAST or WEST)
  --> Bus
  --> Sales by Corvette

• Friendly, customer service oriented volunteers needed to keep lines moving
• Money is only to be collected by members or family members of the Rotary Club of Tucson
• Two (2) additional spots are open under Beverage Servers (must be over 18 to serve beer but does not need to be a Rotary member)
• At the end of your shift, if you can assist with clean-up, your assistance would be greatly appreciated - thank you in advance!

• Must be 18 or older to serve beer

• Managing traffic flow in parking area north of The Gregory School near the school entrance
• Assist in keeping pedestrians safe while cars are moving in and out of parking area

• Closed toed shoes and sunscreen are recommended

Description:

• The most important role at the Rotary Club of Tucson Classics Car Show
• Slotters will assist field registrants in finding the row and space assigned for their car entry
• Car Slotters must serve with the utmost care as many of the vehicles are extremely valuable

Please Be Aware That:

• Car Slotters are expected to pay close attention to instructions, to vehicle traffic and to follow direction of the Slotter Supervisors
• Brief training is provided to ensure Slotters are confident in fulfilling their responsibilities
• Friendly people who are excellent communicators will excel in this role
• Standing and walking are required

Description:

• Our goal is to leave The Gregory School, its fields and parking areas, better than we found them
• Volunteers will be given assignments upon arrival
• The more volunteers we have, the faster and easier the clean-up will be completed (many hands make light work)
• Clean-up will include working in the VIP Club to assist with tear-down in that area
• Remove signage from throughout event footprint
• Collect garbage and dispose of properly
• Come prepared with work gloves, wear boots or close-toed shoes, hat and sunscreen

• Youth (ages 15-18) are eligible to volunteer for this role with permission slip completed
